Ravan in Karn is a 548-page novel published by Notion Press in 2025. It follows Karn as ambition, myth and the promise of forbidden knowledge begin to reshape the world he thought he understood.

The novel explores power, identity, consequence and the question beneath ambition itself: what happens when the desire to become extraordinary starts demanding more than a person expected to pay?

A work centered on conviction, persistence and the force required to continue when certainty disappears. It sits on the non-fiction side of Mayur Somani’s writing, alongside the larger fictional world represented by Ravan in Karn.
